Program begins by assessing your current talents, skills and knowledge; we also identify gaps and opportunities between YOUR existing capabilities and INDUSTRY future needs.
Set Your Goals:
We set clear objectives to create a plan that aligns with the YOUR goals and future INDUSTRY workforce needs.
Attend Training and Development:
Our program offers various training opportunities, to include: online courses, workshops, mentoring programs, and on-the-job training, to enhance YOUR talents, skills and knowledge.
Seek Career Opportunities:
We work with our partners to develop a Workforce Development Plan that includes career planning and development initiatives, helping YOU identify career paths and acquire the necessary skills for advancement.
Identify Employee Opportunities:
We work with recruiters for job searchers, interviews, and eventual employment placement opportunities. Our goal is to create job and career opportunities, and positive community outcomes.
Participate in Assessment and Evaluation:
We use a 3d party evaluator to regularly assess the effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
